COLUMBUS, Ga., Jan. 9 - James Woodall has been promoted to president and chief executive officer, Communicorp. James joined Communicorp as vice president, Operations and Marketing, in 1990. James most recently served as executive vice president, Communicorp.

James holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Columbus State University.

In his new position, James will be responsible for all Communicorp administration and operations, to include the Columbus and Atlanta facilities.

In announcing the promotion, Kriss Cloninger III, Communicorp Board Chairman, said,
"In his many years of experience at Communicorp, James has demonstrated the skills necessary to lead the company in the years to come. We are pleased to have a person to James's caliber to succeed Kerry Hand as president and CEO of Communicorp."
