Again this year, Communicorp has received the coveted designation “Best of the Best” for their exemplary human resources practices. Established to specifically honor printing companies that provide a superior work environment, the 2005 awards mark the sixth year of the Best Workplace in America program. Communicorp has been recognized each year and has received the “Best of the Best” distinction for the fourth consecutive year.
A panel of highly respected U.S. and Canadian HR professionals with decades of experience in the graphic arts industry found that the human relations practices of Communicorp and, their application on a day-to-day basis, to be among the best in the country. All of the winning companies actively demonstrate to their employees that they care about their work environment, their personal goals and ambitions, as well as the needs of the company. Two awards are bestowed by the judges: the “Best Workplace in America” to those who meet the judges’ specific criteria; and the “Best of the Best,” which are those companies with superior ratings.
